REGISTRATION

Registration occurs in the late summer/early fall for the upcoming school year.

Players need a doctor’s physical every two years to be eligible to play. Plan ahead and make sure you have a current physical or schedule one ASAP. Turn your completed physical form into Coach Hayes in person or by email. (If already on record, you’re probably good, but to be safe, just send in a copy so everything is in one place.)

SEWP currently uses the Eugene City Water Polo’s Sports Engine registration system (2023 registration here). Once there, you can login or create a new account, complete player info, sign the waivers, download a physical form if it’s been more than two years, and pay online. (You can pay offline by giving a check to Coach Hayes made out to South Eugene Water Polo.)
