COVID INFORMATION: Unfortunately, Covid-19 is still an issue that we need to manage in our community. We are following 4J’s covid policy. As well, we highly encourage players who test positive to notify those with whom they were in close / prolonged contact (e.g., hotel rooms, long car rides) so those players can be extra cautious should they - or those they are around - be immunocompromised, etc.
4J policy (as we understand it as of Oct 3, 2023): If your student tests positive, please call your student’s school to let the staff know. Students who test positive are required to isolate at home for at least 5 days before returning to school.
Isolation calculator (https://www.cognitoforms.com/LaneCountyTechnologyServices/IsolationCalculator): Day 1 is the first full day after the symptoms developed or the positive test result is received. Isolation may end after 5 days if the individual is fever free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medicine and other symptoms have improved.
It’s recommended, but not required that individuals should wear a well-fitting mask around others at home and in public, including at school, for 5 additional days (Days 6-10) after the end of the required 5-day isolation period.
If parents/players have questions, they should be encouraged to call their doctor for clarification.

Team App is the primary communication tool for schedule changes, carpools, etc. during the season. Please make sure both parents and players are members.
To register, go to teamapp.com to connect via the web OR you can download the app via your App Store. Go through the steps to create an account. Then, use the search function to locate "SEWP" (Note: Our spelled out account is inactive.) Click on the logo, then click on the person in the top bar that reads "My Membership." Agree to share your membership details, then indicate which groups you want to join and, for “reason,” input "new player" (this can't be blank). Send the access request and we will enroll you.
Don't forget to enable notifications so you stay up to date on all last minute schedule changes, etc.
